One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold only one pk777 account. Opening duplicate accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings accrued.

Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk777 support immediately at support@pk777-jit.net. pk777 may suspend your account pending investigation at its discretion.

Account currency. All pk777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. There is no option to switch to a foreign currency.

Account closure. You may request to close your pk777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Verification. pk777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. Requested documents may include a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide required documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

Failed deposits. If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your pk777 balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference. pk777 will investigate and credit any confirmed deposits that failed to process correctly.

pk777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all pk777 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

Disconnections. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue to its conclusion according to its normal mechanics. For crash games, any active bet will be lost unless an auto cash-out was set prior to the disconnection and the auto cash-out was triggered before the crash.

• Confirmed bonus abuse or multi-accounting.

Where an account is terminated for cause, pk777 may forfeit the account balance. Where termination is not for cause — for example in the case of inactivity — any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
